Treasure Coast Designs & Web Hosting
If you are looking to create your own website here are the 3 things you need and in this order:
1. Domain Name - $10 to $20 (preferably with an ICANN accredited registrar)
2. Web Hosting - Between $50 and $1,000 annually. Generally $100-$200 for most people.
3. Web Design - Between $100 and $10,000 annually. Generally $300-$500 for most people.
Please make sure you have a domain name registered with an ICANN accredited domain name registrar. Network Solutions or GoDaddy are good choices. Avoid web hosting or web design companies that want to register your domain name for you. Many stories can be found online about good people losing their domain names because of 3rd-rate web hosts trying to pass themselves off as registrars. Take control of your own domain name from the start and go with a reputable registrar, you'll save yourself a lot of time and energy in the long run.
Here is a current list of ICANN accredited registrars.

Tropical Bugs |
I'm aware there are bugs in TCD_Tropical such as a CMS footer notice about a non-defined userinfo variable. I've fixed that and am working on fixing pagination.

subBlack3d Theme Completed |

I'm sure there will be bug reports on this theme as I have no way of testing the advanced features from this site. I'm relying on those that use the theme to give me feedback. There will be upgraded versions as I find the issues and fix them.

Florida Garden Club Completed |
I've completed work on a new theme (it will not be available) for FloridaGardenClub.com The site is a personal site of mine and will officially open on August 25th, 2005. It will use a lot of ported modules such as WeatherHarvest by NukeBiz.com, CPGNuCalendar by DoublingGap.org and Treasury by NukeBiz.com.
FloridaGardenClub is a community site dedicated to regular Florida home gardeners. The reason a community site for this genre is needed is because Florida has a very unique climate. So unique that some plants are only found or can survive in Florida's micro-climate. So it's a specialty site that I'm very excited to offer residents of Florida.

ThemeCP Port |
I'm starting to work on porting Mtechniks ThemeCP for DragonflyCMS.
What is ThemeCP and what does it do? I'm so glad you asked.
ThemeCP is a way for you or I to change simple theme customizations by adding text or clicking a button. Currently the only way to make those changes is by going through hundreds of lines of code and editing it. Things such as a scrolling marque, header nav links will be easily editable from an administration menu. This is going to make a lot of admin's lives much easier.
I do not use dreamweaver, fireworks, etc.. All I use is my trusty editplus+ (notepad).
A lot of designers rely heavily on programs like dreamweaver and end up getting themselves in big trouble down the line because they don't know how to properly edit or clean coding errors. So being able to edit pure PHP/MySQL is a big plus for me. I can probably do it just as fast if not faster than any dreamweaver type program anyway with cleaner, faster, and more secure coding.
