here is the error I am getting

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: opentable() in /home/texastit/public_html/modules/CafePress/admin/index.inc on line 29

It was a simple error. I've fixed it and have included better instructions on setting up multiple store integration as well. The download has been updated. Enjoy.
