Problems with menu in PH2 theme

Hi!
I have i trouble..
after installing PH2 theme, admin menu isn't shown; but only buttons are shown in the header..

How can i put the same menu as in default theme??

Another quesion..

I need to put ShoutBox Block on the top, right, near the logo..

How can i get it??

I had major problems with that theme aswell, its very difficult to do as its not like a standard theme, anyway after I converted it, it was a bit of a mess so ended up just deleting the entire theme.

I have converted around 7 themes successfully going along with the tutorial so the tutorial is not at fault.

The PH2 theme was created by www.dragonflycms.no You could try to ask the theme creator there. It's a norweigen site but does have english help available. I haven't taken a look inside the ph2 theme for a long time but I'm sure I could get it working. I do offer paid services including theme porting and custom coding.
